Utesto
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of utesto.com and all related practice tests, questions, scoring, study materials and features (together, the "Service"), operated by an individual entrepreneur under the brand Utesto ("Utesto," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Refund and Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and purchase a subscription. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
Utesto is an online practice platform for the TOEFL iBT® test. A subscription gives you access to full-length practice mock tests, practice questions, vocabulary materials, and automated (AI) scoring and feedback on your own answers. All content is delivered online and is available immediately after payment. No part of a subscription is delivered manually by a person.
We may improve, add or change features and content. We will not materially reduce what your paid plan includes during a period you have already paid for.
You agree to give accurate information, keep your password confidential, and not share your account. Your account is for one person only. We may suspend accounts that are shared or used by more than one person.
5.1 Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record for all purchases. Lemon Squeezy is the seller of the subscription to you; it processes your payment, handles billing, invoices, taxes and refunds, and provides billing support. Your purchase is also subject to the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms (https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/buyer-terms) and Privacy Policy (https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/privacy). Utesto provides the Service and all product support.
5.2 Plans and prices. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) on our pricing page before you buy:
Prices include any applicable sales tax or VAT, which Lemon Squeezy calculates based on your location. The total you pay is shown at checkout before you confirm.
5.3 Automatic renewal. Every plan renews automatically at the same price and interval until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise Lemon Squeezy to charge your payment method at the start of each new billing period. The plan, price and renewal interval are shown on our pricing page and again at checkout before you pay. By completing your purchase, you agree to automatic renewal.
5.4 Card statement. Charges appear on your card or bank statement as LEMSQZY* followed by a store reference, because Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record. If you do not recognise a charge, contact us at admin@utesto.com before contacting your bank.
5.5 Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from Account → Subscription on utesto.com, which opens the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, or directly at utesto.lemonsqueezy.com/billing (sign in with the email you used to buy). Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. To be sure the next payment is not taken, cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5.6 Price changes. Price changes apply to new purchases. We will not change the price of your active subscription without telling you in advance and, where the law requires, asking for your consent. You can cancel before any change applies.
5.7 Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Lemon Squeezy may retry the payment and email you to update your payment method. If the payment cannot be collected, your subscription may end and your access may be paused.
5.8 Access and immediate start. Access to paid content is activated immediately after your payment is confirmed. By completing checkout, you ask for your access to start immediately. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, your 14-day withdrawal right and how a refund is calculated after you have started using the Service are explained in Section 6 of the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5.9 Support. Lemon Squeezy provides billing support (receipts, invoices, payments and refund processing). Utesto provides all support for the Service itself at admin@utesto.com.
Refunds are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.
All content in the Service — practice tests, questions, answers, explanations, audio, text, graphics, software and branding — is owned by or licensed to Utesto. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own test preparation while your subscription is active.

TOEFL® and TOEFL iBT® are registered trademarks of Educational Testing Service (ETS). CELPIP® is a registered trademark of Paragon Testing Enterprises. Utesto is an independent preparation service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by ETS or Paragon Testing Enterprises. These names are used only to describe the tests our practice materials help you prepare for.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will improve your score. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, Utesto is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months before the claim. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for important changes, tell you in advance. The version in force when you buy or renew applies to that purchase.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator of Utesto is established. If you are a consumer, you keep all rights and remedies given to you by the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country where you live, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first so we can try to solve the problem.
